Construction

I. Frames:

- All frames are constructed in the USA.
- Kiln dried hardwood frames for lasting strength and resistance to warping.
- No-sag sinuous steel coil springs. This support system offers an excellent seat support for the best possible price.
- Extra dense deck padding to cover springs.
- Cross-woven webbing to provide support and a soft give.
- 8-way hand tied springs are available as an upgrade. Check with a sales associate in one of our stores for prices.

II. Cushions:

Many types of cushions are available. Standard cushions have an approximately 5” thick medium density foam core that is placed in a down filled envelope. Foam cores can also be ordered 4” or 6”, firm or soft density and can be upgraded to inner-spring foam. The foam is placed into an "envelope" which can be filled in a variety of blends in a greater and lesser percentage of down like 50%Down - 50% Polly, 25% Down - 75% Down & Feathers and ect.
